Gudikal Gram Panchayat
The Gram Panchayat is Gudikal's elected local government. It maintains water supply, streets, drains and street lighting, issues trade licences and certificates, and plans development through the Gram Sabha where every registered voter has a voice.
How it works
- Gram Sabha
- Gram Sabha on the 2nd Sunday of every month, 11:00 AM at the Panchayat Office. Every registered voter can attend, question, and vote on resolutions.
- Budget 2025–26
- ₹1.86 crore (2025–26) — 62% on water, sanitation & roads. Ward-wise allocations are published in the downloads section.
- Committees
- Standing committees for works, water & sanitation, education & health, and social justice review progress before every Gram Sabha.
